We accepted the international order.
International: Shipping costs for international orders are a flat rate of USD $30 for under 1kg vis EMS by Air Post.

International Import Tax and Duties: It's important to note that any import taxes or duties are not within our responsibility. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Fulfilment : All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days from the date of order placement.
Courier Delivery: Please note that we are not liable for the delivery times or any potential delays caused by the courier service.
Return Policy: We understand that making a purchase can be a big decision, and we want you to feel confident in your choice. However, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items. We've taken great care to accurately represent each crystal, and because of their natural origins, small imperfections may be present. These unique characteristics add to the beauty and individuality of each piece. All sales are final.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
In the event that your package goes missing or is stolen, we are committed to assisting you in its recovery to the best of our abilities. You can track your shipment online using the tracking number provided via email. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting your local post office to help verify its location.
For packages that were insured at checkout, you have the option to initiate a claim either at your local post office branch or through their online platform, utilizing the provided tracking number. However, it's important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for packages that fall into these categories.
What if a piece is damaged upon arrival?
We take the utmost care in packaging our crystals to ensure they are safe and secure during transit. For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing package insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for any damage that may occur once the package has left our possession.
In the event of transit damage, it is the responsibility of the buyer to initiate a claim with the postal service, if necessary.
